New Delhi (PTI): FMCG player Henkel India Ltd on Saturday announced it has roped in Bollywood star Bipasha Basu as the brand ambassador for its deodorant brand ‘Fa Men Xtreme’.
As part of the deal, Basu will feature in Fa Men Xtreme commercials which are to be released shortly, Henkel India Ltd said in a statement.
“These deodorants are sure to refresh the young Indian male for this summer. We believe Bipasha Basu exemplifies and brings to life the values and the proposition of Fa Men Xtreme and we are confident of the success of this relationship,” Henkel India Ltd Managing Director Jayant Singh said.
The Fa Men Xtreme was launched by Henkel in India this year and is available in three fragrances — Speedster, Energy Zone and Cool Wave.
“Fa has emerged as one of the leading players in the female deodorant segment and we aim to reach greater heights with Fa Men Xtreme in the male deodorant category,” Mr. Singh added.
